Japanese cabbage pancake with pickled ginger, green onion, shiitake, mayonnaise, zingy sauce. Accompanied by spicy cauliflower wings celery and coriander.

Grilled young cabbage

with walnut sauce, mustard seeds, pecans, pickled yellow beetroot and pickled romaine lettuce.

with rosemary meringue and white chocolates
