UDU Restoran

About the restaurant

Cuisine: Japanese / Fusion / European / Estonian

UDU is a restaurant with Japanese, Asian, French and Estonian flavours. Located near Porto Franco and Tallinn harbour, UDU is a new restaurant whose menu brings together cuisines that at first glance seem very different, yet so in harmony with each other, and mixes flavours from different continents to create exciting surprises for diners. Our style of cooking is emotional - we are not afraid of new flavours and create art. UDU is open Thursday to Saturday from 15-22.30
The daytime UDU is more idyllic, with sushi to enjoy, a sneak peek at the preparation for the evening UDU, and lunch specials that you can check out on our social media.

Head chef

Albert Verbenets

Albert Verbenets is the head chef of Udu restaurant. "I have five years of experience in this role, and I know how to make the products sound. Here I work with Estonian products using French techniques. I respect the origin of each ingredient, but I speak the language of Japanese gastronomy. I combine tradition with modernity. I create flavors that linger in the memory. My cuisine is about precision, balance and character."
