The Nautilus is an oyster bar & seafood restaurant in Tallinn's Old Town for all the seafoodies. We offer our guests a big variety of oysters, fresh fish and seafood. Wide selection of wine’s and bubbles as well as classic cocktails are available to accompany the today’s catch. Friednly service, nice music and great vibe are also presented to make your visit to our restaurant a memorable one.

Head chef

Dmitri Lavrik

Dmitry Lavrik, the Head Chef of The Nautilus, joined the restaurant team in 2022, moving to Tallinn from Kharkov, Ukraine. Dmitry is a professional Head Chef with many years of experience in large restaurant and hotel projects in Ukraine and Europe. In gastronomy, Dmitry pays great attention to the quality of ingredients, uses creative techniques for processing products, while maintaining the classic and authentic meaning of the dishes. Dmitry, as a true leader, successfully copes not only with the task of creating a menu, but also builds a professional team of like-minded people around himself, develops young talents and helps his team to grow and develop.
