Chef Chee Hwee Tong, our consultant at Shang Shi restaurant. Inspired by his grandmother’s cooking, he knew from a very young age that he wanted to become a chef. As the former Executive Chef of the Hakkasan Group, he was instrumental in earning its first Michelin Star. We are honored to have this culinary maestro overseeing our exquisite Shang Shi restaurant. Michelin-starred chef Chee Hwee Tong has masterfully curated the menu which transforms legendary Cantonese dishes into culinary masterpiece.
