Roman is one of the first chefs in Estonia, who has been rewarded with the Michelin Star in spring 2022. The bar has been set high in NOA Chef’s Hall kitchen. Roman together with the kitchen and service staff work hard to maintain it and therefore offer our guests unique and high quality experiences.
