Horisont Restaurant has been included in the Michelin guide recommendation list in 2022 and 2023 and won the Silverspoon award in the best fine dining category in 2022. Marko Sõmer
Head Chef: Marko Sõmer, with Horisont since 2012. Marko’s peculiar style comes from 20 years of experience working in different restaurants. Before Horisont, Marko worked in a Gordon Ramsay restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton hotel located in Ireland. Most recent achievements include leading the Estonian national team in Culinary Olympics (IKA Culinary Olympics) and earning bronze and silver medals in tough competition.
