Bruxx - New Belgian is atmospheric and very cozy restaurant in the Rotermann quarter. The restaurant offers a gastronomic experience that reflects Belgium. Modern Belgian cuisine is a combination of traditional dishes and new approaches. The restaurant is located on 2 floors, where you can enjoy the best dishes and drinks. Bruxx is a pleasant place to relax with family, friends and business partners.

Luka Khinkiladze
On the way to the main goal of Bruxx - to constantly develop the professionalism of the team and become the favorite restaurant of even more guests, we are looking for real creators and talents. Thus, our restaurant group was headed by a young, yet experienced chef, Luka Khinkiladze. He worked as a chef since his youth, having a passion for gastronomy and modern culinary techniques. Later, he trained in the best restaurants in the world, noted by the Michelin guide, supervised several restaurants in England, Georgia, Italy, and in 2020 became a member of the Georgian national team at the prestigious culinary competition Bocuse d'Or. Now Luca heads the Bruxx restaurant and puts his culinary professionalism and gastronomic ideas into our project every day.
